Children explore local trails, discover the history and culture of Skamania County, meet community members, visit local organizations and businesses, and participate in hands-on projects that build curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Each experience is thoughtfully designed to help children connect with their community while developing academic, social, and life skills.
Rain & Shine Discovery Days
Family-friendly weekend events that bring kids and their grown-ups outside to explore, learn, and connect. Through hands-on activities, games, and seasonal exploration, families experience some of our favorite local places together—and return throughout the year to notice how they change.
